I have problem with my laptop, it started when i tried to install new
microsoft windows update. it will shut down to blue screen with some crazy
message. Dumping physical memory to Disk with countdown to 100. and it will
boot again. Also when im online, it will do the same thing. So i dont know
what may be the cause. if you have any idea or experience this of error. pls
help needed. i did some searching in google, i got too many hints but i
dont know which is the best and you can trust everything from google. pls
help

Start with http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "C2:
Bad Pool Caller" link in the right side column.

If that does not help you to resolve the issue then post a response
back here with the complete information from the "some crazy message"
including all 4 of the parameters for the STOP code and any file or
module names mentioned.

In order to facilitate this reading of the error message you need to
turn off the automatic reboots. Open Control Panel - System -
Advanced and click on the Settings button in the Startup and Recovery
(bottom) section. In the Startup and Recovery window click on the
checkbox for "Automatically restart" to clear it, then click on Apply
and OK as needed to exit.
