Bad Return Code

Help. I have the following issue that makes me reboot every time I log onto
internet sites:

Description:
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal
processing. HRESULT was C0000005 from line 44 of
d:\qxp_slp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The Path it refers to is a virtual "d:\" drive (USB HP Printer). Have no
idea why this drive exists. Cannot disable this "path" because I have no
access to this drive.

Could this be a worm or virus?
