I recently removed a heap of bugs from my computer and now I receive 'Bad
Image' error messages for most programs on startup and then every icon I
click gives me the same message again.
I reinstalled my WindowsXP but it did not fix the problem.
Can anyone help please?

No one knows what bugs you removed or how you removed them, so good luck
with that. Looks like you've been hoisted by your own petard.

Thanks for the reply Leonard,
I used 'Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware' and it found 77 trojans, bots and bugs.
I'd like to know if there's any way to fix it so that I don't receive a 'Bad
Image' error message every time I go to open a program.
Any suggestions appreciated. John

Your computer is still infected with malware. Truth is, after a computer
has been compromised as severely as yours, it usually requires erasing
the hard disk and starting over.

77 is an enormous number. If you are anywhere near that badly
infected, almost certainly you need to do a clean reinstallation of
Windows. Anything less than that is highly unlikely to solve your
problems.
