What on earth are you rambling about?

You do realize there are free antivirus and anti spyware programs freely
available.

You do realize you can by an apple if you want. But, they'll accept
viruses, also.

What are you saying?

If you are penalized for 'contracting a virus' - it is by whatever damage
the virus does to your machine. All of which can be repaired (by cleanup or
format/install anew.)

Other than 'trial cds' (maybe MSDN/Technet - but not really) - there is no
such thing as a Windows XP license that 'expires' if it is legitimate.

There are OEM licenses - that are tied to the first machine installed upon.
There are Retail licenses - that are tied to nothing (really).
There are Volume licenses - also tied to nothing (really).

You will not do any better with apples - they all have their own quirks.
However - you do whatever it is you wish to do.
