bad color

Not much info to go on but first guess is ran out of ink?

my apoliges for the lack of info new to this - i have just replaced both cartridges and made sure the paper is new and a good quality one i have printed loads of pictures in the past and have always had good pics also have cleaned
 
When you replaced the cartridges did you clean the print heads ?
