Backweb Security Notice

Every time I go online this "certificate" appears on my
screen:
"A new certificate has arrived for channel 'support'. It
will be used to digitally sign the channel's contents. Do
you wish to accept this certificate?" and so on.
It seems very fishy to me but I can't get rid of it.
Is it OK and what does it do?
Help!
