Backweb Response Not There

I wrote in asking about Backweb and the only thing on a
message from Carey Frisch was:

eh?

Does anybody know anything about Backweb?
I would like to delete it from my XP. Why is it on
there? From what I understand it is much like a spy. I
want to be sure before I get rid of it.

Backweb is from windows ME,or in another older windows
os.Did you upgrade from ME,either way it has no function
in xp,delete in add/remove,and/or accessories.
