backupnotify.exe

Upon start-up, following message comes up:
"backupnotify.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging
Service -- Application has generated an exception that
could not be handled."

Several more things follow. Then the last part is:
"Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to
launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted
in an error code of 0x2(2). Plese check computer
settings: cordbg.exe.1a 0x7bc"

Can anyone give me advice. Computer goes ahead and seems
to operate ok after closing the windows containing the
above.

Apparently you have an HP "something" who's
software starts when you boot.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bin\backupnotify.exe
