'backupnotify.exe' pops out

After I turn on my computer this info pops out:
"Backupnotify.exe - Common Language Runtime Debuggins Services
Aplication has generated an exception that could not be handled."


Is this some kind of worm? How do I remove it?

It originally belongs to HP Digital Imaging. You can try:
click start - run - type msconfig and press enter - click startup tab -
uncheck it and apply.
