2005 media center upgrade start up problem

when starting my media center up a message pops up.
eshell.exe -common language runtime debugging serives
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
process id =250(592),thread id =0x188(392).
click ok to termenate .
click cancel to debug .
After selecting cancel another error message screen appears with the heading
eshell.exe no debugger found -other text reads jit debugger is not available
with more error codes cordbg.exe !a0x250 .
any thoughts on what to do or why. thanks

this is after i upgrade from media center 2004 to media center editon 2005
from sony.

Hi,

Go to the Control Panel/Internet Options/Advance tab, disable the line to
load the JIT compiler.

Hi Rick ,
under the advance tab i do not see any check box to disable the
compilershould i try and run the upgrade againthis is what is listed under
target:under the header shortcut .under properties
%SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe.
does this sound ok
