I have just tried to back up 'My Documents' files using the wizard inControl
Panel. After inserting a DVD-R disc and following the on screen process I
received a message that read, 'The backup file name could not be used
"D:\June 2006 Backup.bkf". Please ensure it is a valid path and that you have
sufficient access. As I am the sole user I am at a loss to work out what
'having sufficient access' is all about. How do I get out of this hole and
carry out an important backup
