What are all the many folders in the "C:\Program Files\Support.com\backup"
folder? Can these be reviewed and delete some old files for disk space? I
found that the OU was for outlook, and had approx half of my harddrive tied
up in 66 files. I am just wondering if there are more similar,..

you can delete all system restore exept the last one

start--->program--->accessories--->system tolls--->disk cleanup--->select
the drive you need to cleanup--->in the new window go to more option and at
the bottom right "system restore" hit clean up. you select yes and you click
on OK

I don't know but it doesn't come as part of Windows XP. Do you have any
of this software installed: http://www.support.com/

What does System restore have to do with the OP's question?
