I am using the XP backup program and when I try to create
the Automated System recovery diskette I get an error
message that says "Files for the recovery diskette could
not be created."
Any ideas? There is nothing in help menu about this error
message. Apparently you need this disk if there is a
catastrophic hard drive problem.
Thanks
Mike

I just found out that ASR is not supported in XP home
edition.

Norton SystemWorks comes with Ghost [check box to be sure]. It usualy can be
purchased for reasonalbe price after rebates, etc or go to http://newegg.com . Ghost
is great at making a copy of your drive partition and can copy image to another
hardrive or drive partition. I had a problem and restored my 4G partition in like
five minutes. --- Steve
