I backed up an outlook folder using the .pst backup tool. Now I want to
restore that file (which I backed up to a DVD) to another computer. When I
attempt to do so (either via open data file or by import) I get an error
message stating I am denied access to the backed up file. Help!

If you transferred the PST file from CD or DVD media to your HDD, verify that
the read-only attribute of all this file is disabled. Outlook will not access a
read-only PST file.
