Backup problem persists

I've tried backing up when my PDA was out of its cradle,
but still, alas, I get the "Access Denied" message. What
on earth do I do? (I am trying to use either the backup
utility or my stand-alone backup program to backup my pst
file.)

We have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

Post your Outlook version, what files you are trying to backup, what program
you are using to back it up, and the target location for the backup.

The crystal ball is on a 3 day weekend.
