Backup Partition for Outlook Exchange Mailboxes

I am using SBS 2003 and want to keep all the data on a seperate partition for
easier backups etc. I've succeded moving all the other data folders however
the Outlook mailboxes and address book are getting me very 'flumoxed' and
cannot find a set of instructions on how to move the relevant data. Any
suggestions as to where to look?

Try asking in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin group. It's an Exchange issue not an Outlook question.
