backup of WINS / DHCP

Hello

We are very interested in migrating our DHCP and WINS services to another
server.
I have found very good articles on preforming this task, however I have a
question in regards to backing up this data.

We currently backup the C: and system state for these servers and I am
wondering if the fact that we backup the system state means I have a complete
backup of WINS & DHCP?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Unless you have a lot of Static WINS entries and a lot of Reservation in the
DHCP, it is just isn't worth bothering with. Just configure the new servers
properly,..point the clients to them in the client network config and let it
rip. The databases on the new servers will "build" in a very short time.

Backing up WINS - set up the new WINS server, have it synchronize with the
old one. When they are synched and stable, take down the old WINS server
and change the WINS address in DHCP options.
