Backup Icon

I wish to use the Backup Wizard. However when I click
Start/Programs/System Tools, I don't see Backup in the
succeeding menu. Only System Restore, Defrag, Cleaup,
etc. but no Backup icon.
Also, how can I create a Network Place? Book says to
click the Create a Network Shortcut icon in the Network
Tasks box but I seem unable to find the Network Tasks
box. appreciate any help.

What version of Windows xp are u using. Are u using home or pro.
