Backup Help

What's best for me... What I want to happen is I will be
Creating and initial backup... Then everyday if the
computer detects a change on the file(s) and a new file is
created, the backup will just automatically modify the
existing file on the .bkf files and add the new files that
are not yet on the .bkf file...

Normal?, Copy?, Incremental?, Differential? or Daily?

I prefer Differential, so that a restore never needs more than
the initial Normal backup tape and the last Differential tape.
