Hello All

Each time I attempt to use the Back Up Utility in Win XP home, I get the following message:
The backup filename could not be used.
"F:\BackUp 1004.bkf"

Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks

Clay

I have the same problem as Clay. Closing up the spaces makes no difference.

Is "F:\" a HDD or a CD? The backup program will not write to CDs, has to be floppies (A:\), tape or a HDD.

What is F:? If its a CDR/RW, then you cannot backup directly to CD,
you must backup to HD first then burn the backup file to CDR/RW.
