Backup copy of my exchange inbox

Hello, the situation I have it that my work deletes messages in my exchange folders when they get over 90 days. What I would like to do is somehow have it so a copy of every email I get goes to a personal folder and the same with my sent messages.....anyone have any ideas? I tried googling it but found nothing.

Check with the IT people to see if that's acceptable within company policy,
then create a PST and copy the data to the PST.
