Backup Auto Text for transfer to another computer

I know how to backup autocorrect, but can I do the same way for auto text?

Word versions up to 2003, autotext is stored in templates - by default the
normal template. Word 2007 increase the variety of places where autotexts
are stored, but the principle is similar.
