Backup address book, email folders, and bookmarks

I want to backup the specific files for my Outlook address
book and email folders and also my IE bookmarks.

Can someone tell me how to find these files.

Back up your .pst and .pab files, and the "Favorites" folder in
your profile folder. For more detailed answer on your Outlook
question I recommend that you repost in an Outlook newsgroup.
This one looks at Windows 2000 issues.
