Backing up Outlook data...Please help.

I'm looking for someone to be kind enough to offer me a solution. My PC
seems as though it's a goner, but I can still log in in SAFE MODE. I'd like
to back up my Outlook data to reload it on another PC. However, Outlook
won't fully run (runtime error).

Is there any way to simply copy a "file" that has my data in it and
reload/import? I'm aware that Outlook uses .pst files, but this is only if
you have backed it up "officially". I haven't done so in months.

Again, is there any back-door way to get my data saved in SAFE MODE and
transfer to another PC?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
