Is there any way to backup Microsoft Outlook personalized data such as
Outlook Mail Folders, Contacts, Calendar etc; so i can have the same thing
when i reinstall my Outloook? or is there a way to replace the license key of
a product? it seems that i need to replace existing company's MS Office with
a new personal license that i bought.

Thank you.

All OL data, you mention, is stored in the *.pst file, a hidden file.
With OL closed, simply locate the file in explorer and copy it to some other
location.
Uninstalling OL has no impact on data, reinstalling OL should automatically
connect to the origonal data file, if for some reason it doesnt, its a
simple matter to reconnect.
PS I assume the new version is at least v2003, if it isnt & the previously
installed version was 2003/2007 then there are some other things you need to
do *first*

wow, that simplify all matters..
can i do the same with other Microsoft Office applications? i have to
replace the license for the whole suit, Word, Excel, OL, Powerpoint etc as i
no longer work in the company, but purchasing my own office license.

The currently installed version is Office 2007 Enterprise and the license i
am purchasing is Office 2007 Ultimate. can i just replace the CD Key? it
would save alot of work of backingup and reinstalling.

Cheers
