Backing Up My Contact

I've copied all my contact from outlook express address book and paste it
under a new page of microsoft word 2003 as my back up file. After saving
those contact, it has been saved as a file type "vcf" file. So after copied
and paste there are may icon of "vcf" file one microsoft word page. I've
tried to open those contact by double clicking on it and it can be open and
can be restore bck to the outlook express address book. But now only three
contact can be open among the others contact. Pleas halp me out for my
problem to get back my contacts as those are really important to me. If you
need to have a look at my back up file. I can send you by e-mail with
attaching my back up file. My e-mail address is (e-mail address removed). Hope to

err why? Did anyone tell you that was the way to do it? If they did then
don't ever take their advice again......

BTW, for future reference:
This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
