Backing up media player's play list

Win98 had cdplayer.ini but how can I back up the extensive play lists I need
to type into media player (my CDs are rarely online)

On my machine they are kept in

%UserProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Player\DeluxeCD.mdb
