BACKING UP LAST WEEK'S EMAIL ONLY

I have dozens of folders in OUTLOOK, and back up on a weekly basis. To find
last week's emails, I have to go through each folder and copy last week's
mail; how can I select just last week's mail from ALL folders in one move? Is
it possible? Right now, I am backing up the whole thing every week and it
takes forever.

Have you tried using archiving or AutoArchiving to move items from a date to
another PST file?

Archive lets you isolate items from before a given date - I would need
something to isolate items after a given date.

I keep all my old emails in folders for easy access - don't want to archive
them.

But I still want to be able to isolate just last weeks messages from ALL
folders without having to go through them all individually.

Is there anyway in OUTLOOk to have it find all messages (in all folders)
received in the last week so I can copy them unto a .pst for backup?
