Backing up contacts with PST Backup Tool

In the article "Using the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool", Instructions for use section: I get lost on #7, Save Backup. Where do I save it and how can I then access it and copy it to a CD-RW? I have been to Slipstick already without success. Thanks.

You can save it anywhere you want that has enough room for the file. Just remember that you can't open a PST file from a CD.
