Hi, I am trying to put a picture on for my background but I am only allowed
to put a solid color on... I used to be able to put pictures on, now I don't
know what happened. Any ideas or suggestions please.? Thanks

Hi, Chappy.

HOW are you trying to put a picture on for your background?

Right-click on any empty spot on your Desktop, then select Personalize (the
bottom line on the context menu). Click Desktop Background and choose from
the thumbnails displayed there. Once you've verified that this works, then
go through the same steps, but click the Browse button to find the photo
that you want to use.

If this doesn't work for you, please post back with step-by-step details of
what you did and exactly what results you saw. Simply "I tried it" doesn't
tell us anything; neither does "Didn't work". Those comments don't help us
help you.
