desktop wallpaper not working

My desktop background wallpaper pictures is not working just the solid colors
are working. Need help please! I go to Control Panel (Classic view) > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier

to see link, UNcheck Remove background images (where available) -- at the
bottom
of the window, but still no wallpaper. Now what?

Have you tried Control panel >Appearance and Personalization>Desktop
Background>Picture Location? Here are all of your option - Windows,
Pictures, Sample Pictures, Public Pictures, Solid Colors, and any Roaming
Apps.
