backgrounds and emailing

I have designed a website in Frontpage 2003 and I have it up and running. We
put out a monthly e-newsletter inwhich I send it out using microsoft
explorer. I simply go to the e-newsletter on the web and under FILE I choose
SEND by email. I put my addresses in and the page gets sent out.

What I am having a problem with is I have used imported backgrounds on my
page and some addresses are not able to see the images that I have put in as
background images. They show up as attachments. Is there a way to email the
page as a whole with all the images showing up?

If the person on the receiving end is viewing their mail in plain text,
there's nothing you can do.
