Background Text Watermark partially prints

I have tried to attach a Watermark with the word "DRAFT", this is a one page
document with no section breaks. The DAT prints on one page if I hit print
again the RF will print on the page.
 
In the Format | Background | Printed Watermark dialog, clear the check box
for "Semitransparent."
