background sound

I have loaded a song in the background and no sound comes out on my website?
I need help please with this situation.

Provide the URL please, so the rest of us can see if it works, and narrow
down the problem.

I trust that you

1) Imported the sound file into your web
2) Inserted the file, published the page AND the sound file

and

3) Your speakers are on, plugged in, volume turned up etc.
4) Volume control in Windows is turned up.
4) Sound is functioning on your computer generally and there's no problem
with the sound card on your own machine?

4) What kind of file is it?
