background doesn't show up

my son wants me to use the vortec space from windows background wallpaper in
fp 2002 website I'm making for him...but when I insert it into fp (and it
shows up) it does not show up after I publish to his site... any ideas why -
also, I want to make this just one big picture behind his site and it is
tiling - how do I fix that?
