i, I have created a presentation that includes a slide with ann organisation
chart. (PowerPoint 2000). Whenever I bring in the slide background (as per
the master), I get a white background immediately behind the org chart (ie to
the boundaries of the org chart), with the rest of the background showing
around it. I have tried changing the order, but it makes no difference. I
really want the org chart boxes to simply sit against the background and I
will colour in what I need. I hope I have written this clearly so that you
know what I mean! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Jazz

Try opening the org chart and then click on Chart > Background Color and change
it to your background color, the second color on the top left. Does that allow
you to do what you want?

Thanks Sonia, that did it!
