How do I install a backup program? I did not receive an
XP Home CD-ROM when I bought my computer from Compaq.
Instructions say to obtain the file: Ntbackup.msi. How
do I get this?

Hi,

You need to contact Compaq about getting a CD with that on it. The backup
utility is an optional add-on, and not all pc makers choose to include it.
