I found and installed NT backup.
I can can activate backup and restore wizard.
I can gat part way thru process.

I can select drive E (my CD-RW Drive), BUT

cannot get it to accept any file name - comes back
file/path invalid.

What to do?

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi Tom,

It's because the backup utility was not designed for use with CDR's. Create
the backup on the hard drive, then use CD writing software to copy it to
disk.

You need to back it up to a file on you're
hard drive first then burn it or get third party software that
can burn it directly to the CD-RW. XP will not burn directly
to the CD-RW.
