Call or send email to Microsoft. Go to Microsoft.com and look for how to
contact them. Have your keycode handy because they will not replace it if
you cannot prove you paid for it. Microsoft might charge a small fee for
the replacement disk. If they will not replace it for you, you will have to
buy it.
