Back up option does not show after install of PST backup utility

Hi - I reloaded from scratch - installed pst backup - it worked. I had a
file problem and did a detect and repair and the option disapeared - I have
tried everything - uninstall of utility - re-install - a new detect and
repair - etc. etc. no matter what I do the option to backup does not appear
in my file menu options - exhaustive search on web site - no help at all
