All of the articles and date addressing backup are for
older versions of Outlook; ie, 2000 and for a corporate
workgroup environment on a Microsoft Exchange server.

this shouldn't be that hard to solve, but no one seems
familiar enough with the 2003 version to help me. My
issue is that I can't find the Personal folders location
on the computer in order to drag them to my back up CD.

Any suggestions?

You need to search for "Hidden" files in Windows. It
is an option in the FIND window.
