Back up hard drive says send error report or don't sent?

Hi,

I use windows xp pro and now when I try to open my backup hard drive it
give me a send error report or don't sent. I have had this problem
before and it said something anout demp, dimp, ... I went to enable it,
however, I am not able to remember how to fix the problem, nor am I
able to remember what the word was? Please help? I really really
really appreciate it!
