Back up and copy contacts

How do i back up Contacts info and copy to cd? I'm using XP Home & XP Office
2002
 
Just copy your Outlook Data file to a CD when Outlook is closed. The file
you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
