Back to XP - Fixboot ?

Windows Vista is not running well in this computer
I installed in a diferent drive , and have a dual boot system
I will for now go back to XP
Question :
To fix the boot section , from recovery console,( one of
the previous boot options ) , will fixboot command work
while booting from vista bootloader ? ( and editing boot
ini file )
Or , in case it does , do I have to boot from XP CD , instead
of using Vista boot Loader ?

Won't work. the boot loaders are totally different. You'll need to use
your XP CD to do fixmbr then fixboot.

Try Vista Boot Pro to easily edit and change boot options.

It is not possible to do anything but guess, since you do not provide any
useful information.
1. Which drive has your XP boot files on it (the Vista drive or the XP
drive)
2. You are planning to remove Vista from the machine?
3. Which drive is the 'system' drive (drive management) XP or Vista
