Back button goes to Warning: Page Has Expired

Is there something I can do to avoid this error message?
It just started happening a few days ago when I typed a
name in a form. I have had a computer for 17 years and
never had this problem before. Why now?
 
Because you were typing on a "secure" web site. When you hit the back
button, the page expires. If it didn't, it would open up many security
concerns re: your typed information.
 
How can I stop this from happening? I type information
in lots of forms on the web and it is very irritating to
have to retype all the information because of a 'secure'
website. Can this be overridden? Any help will be most
appreciated! :)
 
It can't be over ridden, and you wouldn't want it to be. It is also
controlled by the web pages you are visiting. Nothing you can do about it.
