Back Button does not take you to Previous Slide ?

While running Power Point within a Browser, the back button seems to be doing
different things for different users.

For Some, the back button takes them to the previous slide. For others, the
back button takes them to the beginning html page where they opened the power
point presentation.
Is there a setting on the Browser, Power Point, or on the Website so that
the back button performs the same action for all users ?

(I am attempting to publish documentation on how to "browse" these
presentations)

Thank You, Jeremy

Suggestion: can you give us the URL and we can try it with various browsers and
let you know the results? It's not a PowerPoint setting.

While running Power Point within a Browser, the back button seems to be doing
different things for different users.

Other things may behave differently, including the way PPT opens (within
browser, in edit view, in slide show view, etc.) and that may in fact be the
reason for what you're experiencing.

The settings for this are mostly at the individual user end.

This might help:
Control how the browser opens PowerPoint files

It might also work out better to convert the presentations to HTML and let the
users view that instead of a PPT file.
