Babya Photo Workshop 3.1 beta

I have released a beta version of Babya Photo Workshop 3.1. This is a
major update to version 3.0 .

What's new in version 3.10 beta?
New features:
-reorganised menus
-new splash screen
-New application-Babya Photo Workshop interface styled
-6 new effects-now upto 46 in total
-HTML based help file
-Disable slideshow option in Preferences dialog box-useful if you did not
install Babya Presenter
-Zoom levels menu now also display the zoom level in percentages-similar to
PhotoFiltre
-French interface translation included-enabled via the new Tools-Lanaguage
option
-Common image sizes can be selected when creating a new image
