B-Day Reminders off by 51 weeks

Say I have a person's birthday (or anniversary or other
calendar item that has a copy in the contact's record)
and set it with a 1 week reminder. When it is one week
before the birthday I will get an outlook reminder BUT
the reminder item says the appointment occurs in 51
weeks. I am not sure if it says its 51 weeks ago (51
weeks overdue) or 51 weeks in the future because I don't
have a flawed message in front of me right now. What I do
know is that 51 weeks is wrong and that I am guessing
it's giving me a year minus one week in advance.

What syntax did you use when setting the reminder? In the box for the
reminder, did you type 1wk, 7d, or what?
