AVG Threat Message

I am running Windows XP with free firewall from Ashampoo and free AV from AVG. New threat detected message from AVG about a Trojan horse Generic 3.ABKK in a file called
ASFWHide in the \Temp folder. This file is apparently related to the Ashampoo firewall. I have run a complete scan with AVG, a complete scan with AdAware, and attempted to
delete the file. The file keeps returning and the threat messages pop up every few seconds. AVG will not "heal" the file nor move it to the vault (or, if it does, it instantly
reappears in the directory). I have checked both the AVG and Ashampoo websites for some online help, but could find nothing.

Any suggestion would be appreicated. TIA

Go to symantec.com and search for removal instructions for that name.
