Open the AVG Control Center by double clicking the icon in the tray (by the clock) Double click the big E-mail Scanner Button On the "Plugins" tab of the next window click "configure". Uncheck the appropriate boxes you see next. Click "OK" until you are back to the Control Center and then close it.
